Dinner at the small but attractive Rincón la Habanita in the Juan Manuel area of Guadalajara. I enjoyed a Mojito Oceánico (Mojito without alcohol) and chicken “a la habanita”. Nothing really spectacular, unfortunately. Perhaps I should simply go to Cuba!
